Bonita Oswald

Bonita is a full-time Graphics Designer for the Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation and currently serves as the Chair of the Westside Cultural Alliance. She is also a part-time Business Manager for Ozmosis, a home business promoting and selling art and photography. She received her Bachelor of Science in Multimedia and Web Design from the Art Institute of Portland, as well as a Master of Business Administration from George Fox University. Bonita is married to Jeff Oswald and they live with their son, Johnathan Salvador Oswald, born August 8, 2009, in the Hillsdale area of Portland.

Through vision, leadership, and service, the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) works to integrate arts and culture in all aspects of community life. RACC serves the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Region, including Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.
