Max M. Miller, Jr.

Max is an attorney at Tonkon Torp, LLP. He is co-chair of the firm’s Sustainability Practice Group, and chair of both the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group and the Sustainability Committee. His experience includes business transactions, regulatory proceedings, business advice, and litigation representation. His clients’ industries include renewable energy, forestry and forest products, manufacturing and food processing. He is recognized by "Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business," and "The Best Lawyers in America." Max holds a B.A. in Economics from Pitzer College and a J.D. from Lewis and Clark College.
