Public Art Search

The Public Art Search database provides information and images of all publicly owned artworks within the City of Portland and Multnomah County, celebrating the 30th year of the  Percent for Art Programs in 2010. You can browse through the collection  and learn more about each artwork, including title, year completed, location, artist statement, and funding source. Or you can narrow your search to specific collections – such as the Visual Chronicle of Portland, the Portable Works Collection, or the Public Art Murals Program.

From Here to There (pictured) is one of the 25 featured artworks at Public Art Search. The sculpture was created by Laura Bender and John Early in 2007 for the University Park Community Center at 9009 N. Foss, Portland.
