This is a house in the Mississippi neighborhood of three mid-late twenty-somethings looking to rent out an attic as an art studio. It's a large space with all wood everywhere with a skylight window. The house was built in 1898 and the attic is 500 square feet.

While you will be accessing the studio through the house, you must have a home of your own and consider this only a workspace.  It is important that they find someone they can relate to and feel comfortable around. You will have to pass with the landlords, so a $40 application fee and a background check are required, though you will not have to sign a lease and there are no utilities.
