The Oregon Jewish Museum is a growing nonprofit organization located in beautiful NW Portland. OJM is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (P/T) to join its vibrant team. Stellar customer service and communications skills (both in person and in written form) are a necessity. Flexibility and a good sense of humor are imperative in this busy, creative environment. OJM's new Administrative Coordinator will interact with and help provide support services for Museum visitors, members, volunteers, staff and Board members. The candidate will have bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience and be prepared to handle daily cash receipts, A/R, A/P, and providing reports for the Museum Director and Treasurer. FileMaker Pro (or other similar database) experience is required to keep accurate membership and other administrative records. The Administrative Coordinator is an integral member of the Museum staff and shares in the support of the the development of new programs, exhibitions, events, membership and fundraising functions.
