Portland Fruit Tree Project is seeking a non-profit partner to share a wonderful little building at NE 19th and Killingsworth. They are especially interested in bringing in an organization whose mission is related to food/agriculture, equity, education, sustainability, or community resource-sharing, but open to any non-profit with 501c3 tax-exempt status. (Organizations without 501c3 status are not eligible). Rent is only $138 per month, plus utilities. Available May 1st.
Has the following:
- Shared office with space for 1 (or perhaps 2) desks
- Shared meeting/workshop space (natural light & hardwood floors)
- Shared kitchen
- Access to organic garden/orchard
- Storage space in basement
- Opportunity to occasionally use larger meeting/event space in church next door
- A community of non-profit organizations (Portland Fruit Tree Project, Cascadia Wild, NE Portland Tool Library, Soltrekker, Leaven Project, Redeemer Lutheran Church)
