Artist Studio Work Space, SE Portland

These are inexpensive studio spaces (over 12 artists now leasing). The space is located in a clean, well lit basement of a 1913 building on SE 10th & Pine Sts (it was originally a commercial laundry). The Studio has 24/7 access. There are day light windows and a full spectrum florescent lighting. Double doors were built for the studios to accommodate large projects. There is a loading dock and freight elevator to allow for easy moving of your possessions. There are two utility sinks in the common are for artist use next to the restroom. Comcast Internet is available for additional costs. One block from bus stop.

Two spaces are currently available and we will consider sharing a space;
Approximately 670 Sq Ft, $450 plus 10% of electric and gas utility costs (approximately $50 average per month). $.75 per sq ft!
Approximately 800 Sq Ft, $525 plus 10% of electric and gas utility costs. $.72 per sq ft.
