Palazzo Rinaldi Artists’ Residency is now accepting applications for residencies in the Basilicata region of southern Italy. Palazzo Rinaldi is a historical Palazzo dating back to 1822 located in the charming hilltop village of Noepoli, at the heart of the Pollino National Park. It hosts residences for artists of all disciplines in search of a tranquil, inspiring environment away from the stresses and distractions of urban living. Residents are provided with elegant accommodation in the Palazzo, unrestricted 24-hr access to two in-house studio spaces, organic breakfasts and free wi-fi, as well as the possibility to take part in PalazzoRinaldi’s open studios programme and interact with the local community.
A stay in the Palazzo’s idyllic location in Italy’s largest national park allows residents an insight in the real Italy away from the beaten tourist track, with many historical and archaeological sites (such as the city of Matera, UNESCO patrimony) just around the corner.Residencies at Palazzo Rinaldi can take place for a maximum of 2 weeks at a time.
