Call for Art 100th Monkey Studio 4th Annual Juried Show

This is a special anniversary event on the first Friday of September. The gallery show will be juried by exceptional guest artists. Submitted work will be considered based on elements of workmanship, design and thematic tone. The show will feature artist awards, including Best in Show, Creative Use of Content, and Craftsmanship. The event will also include live entertainment, local musicians and will be free and open to the public that evening.

Submission Guidelines:
1. An artist may submit 1-5 pieces.
2. Submissions will be accepted via email in jpeg format to monkeysubmissions@yahoo.com. These images will also be considered for the postcard representing that show. Please send quality images, no larger then 400KB.
3. Please include contact information (name, address, email, phone).
4. All submissions should include a short (one paragraph) written bio.
5. All submissions should include a short (one paragraph) statement of how the art pertains to the submitted show theme.
6. All submissions should include for each piece of art: Title of piece, date created, media, dimensions and price/NFS. Submissions that are NOT complete with the above requirements will not be selected.
7. We will not accept forwards to websites for show submissions.
8. Deadlines are show specific.
9. Instructions for dropping off and picking up work will come with acceptance information.
10. All shows will hang for one month.
