Call to Artists, "Echoes of Green"

The Gallery show at Keizer Art Association in September is a repeat of last year’s successful “Echoes of Green: Recycle, Reclaim, Repurpose Show”. Artists are invited to submit art that is made using something that would otherwise end up in the landfill or that has served its original purpose. Revitalize it and give it a new purpose through art. For example, grocery bags, lids, coffee filters, CDs/cases, scraps of fabric/metal, old kitchen utensils, broken/discarded toys, computer/watch parts, puzzles/game boards, coffee cans, etc. Show runs September 3-25. Opening reception, Saturday, September 11, 2-4 pm. Submission Deadline: September 1, 3-7 pm, KAA, 980 Chemawa Rd, NE, Keizer, Oregon.
