Call for Entries: Diva Center

"Do You Want To Ford The River? A meditation on the Oregon Trail, and Oregon"

This is a VERY SHORT CALL! If you are interested, you should prepare and submit your proposal as soon as possible. Proposals will be assessed as they are received. Show dates: August 27, 2010 October 29, 2010. This group show will attempt to use Oregon Trail the videogame as a lens through which to view notions such as mass migration, displacement, manifest destiny, popular histories, universal childhood experience, etc.hopefully with a healthy sense of humor. The show is open to artists working in all media, including time based, and there are no size restrictions.

To submit please include:
  A written description and sketches (if possible) of your proposed work
  A short bio
  Your CV / resume
  5 .jpg images of your previous work
