Call for NW Artists: PICTURE THE MUSICIAN

The Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center is calling on Northwest Artists to submit up to five images portraying Northwest Musicians or Musical Groups for consideration by our jurors. The exhibit is open to artists (including photographers) residing in Washington, Oregon or Idaho. “PICTURE THE MUSICIAN” will be on display in the Main Gallery of the museum October 1 through December 24. There will be an Opening Reception 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2010, with free admission and refreshments. This exhibit is sponsored by McDee’s Art Center.

Entry is by JPEG image only. Up to five works may be submitted. There is not an entry fee for this exhibit and all media will be considered. If you are interested in submitting your work, please download the Prospectus and Application Form at the website below, complete it and email it back with your images. Artists will be notified of the jury’s decision in early September, 2010.
