Creative Work Space or Office on NE Alberta

The Make House is a visual arts and media space on NE Alberta St. It's a big house that serves as work and office space to a collection of crafts including screen printing, painting, engineering and building. They have one room opening up at the beginning of December.

The room is medium sized (10' X 15' approximately) with two large windows looking down onto Alberta. It would be a great office for a graphic designer or web designer or an excellent studio to a painter, photographer....... The Make House also houses a gallery/ retail space that you could use to show your work (if you have work that you want to share) as well as a garden that you would be welcome to contribute to come spring.

This is a fun space but also professional. They are looking for a person with spirit and art but also good communication, respect and consideration for others.
