Future of Music Coalition: Health Insurance Survey

Are you a musician or songwriter? Do you have health insurance? Our good friends at the Future of Music Coalition are conducting an online survey from March 1 - April 1, 2010 to assess how many musicians have health insurance. Your answers are anonymous and confidential, and the survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

The last time FMC did one of these studies they came up with some pretty significant findings that have since had an impact on policy and funding for the arts. Let’s help them continue this important work.
