Services Resource Guide.
RACC Cultural Leadership Program
Non-profit arts organizations in the Portland tri-county that meet minimum eligibility requirements and that did NOT participate in the earlier TCI program may be eligible for the program featuring intensive ongoing consultations with George Thorn of Arts Action Research and other resource consultants. Qualified arts organizations will receive invitations with information about how to apply. Our goal is to rebuild this program over the next two years, and also to secure funding for a future second round of Capitalization Grants. Watch RACC's website or Art Notes newsletters for notices about this program.
