To join USA Projects free as an artist member, you must be over 18 years old and reside in the United States. In addition, you must have received an award as an individual artist from one of our partner or recognized organizations. The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) in Portland is one of those recognized organizations. See more at website below.

Through vision, leadership, and service, the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) works to integrate arts and culture in all aspects of community life. RACC serves the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Region, including Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.
