Kimberly Gales Emerging Artists Scholarship to Portland Open Studios

Special Scholarship Opportunity for artists between 20 and 30 years old are eligible to apply to be on the annual studio tour. The recipient will have all fees waived and receive a $100 stipend. Information, directions and the online application at website starting January 15, 2010.
