Persons who live, work or attend school in the MACC service area are entitled to use the TVCTV services:

TVCTV’s non-commercial channels are seen primarily in Washington County but one channel is shared by three other access centers in the metropolitan area and programs can be seen in a three county area on the Community Access Network channel. There is no charge to air programs on TVCTV’s channels and program content is limited only in that it cannot be commercial in nature, promote gambling or illegal activities.
