RACC Directories: Neighborhood Arts Artist Directory

Artist Chata Addy teaches African drumming and dancing at
IRCO- (Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization) in a
Bosnian and African Refugee Youth Program.

The RACC Neighborhood Arts Program Artist Directory was developed to assist the community in the selection of professional artists or arts organizations for their community arts or cultural programming.

The talented and experienced artists and arts organizations in the tri-county Portland region, were selected for the directory through a competitive application process. RACC strongly endorses all the artists and organizations listed in this directory.

In addition, RACC is very proud of the collaboration it has with the Oregon History Society Folklife Program (OFP) and present them in this directory. OFP folk and traditional artists have learned an art form that has been passed down from someone within their culture.

Note: The Neighborhood Arts Program as described in the opening pages of the Directory has been transformed into a Project Grant program. To learn more about Project Grants: Neighborhood Arts, click here.
