PDX Pop Now! needs a Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator (Volunteer)

The primary responsibility of the Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator is to locate income for PDX Pop Now! ‘s annual programming through sponsorship partnerships, benefit events, and individual donors.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain existing Sponsorship partnerships with both local and national businesses.
2. Negotiate and execute Sponsorship Benefits
3. Solicit advertisements for the Festival Program Guide
4. Assist Grants Coordinator during end of year giving campaign
5. Program annual Make It Pop! benefit event
6. Solicit other Benefit Events Opportunities
7. Maintain database of existing donors with Grants Coordinator
8. Attend bi-weekly board meetings
