Photography Studio, Rent $30/hour, SE Portland

The space is a 16 ft. x 36 ft. rectangle with 12 ft. high ceiling. Great light from large windows with eastern exposure. Drive-in lower level delivery, freight elevator and 6 ft. wide studio doorway make for easy set-up of set, props and equipment. Mirrors and small dressing room. Close-in SE Portland location. By appointment only. The rental rate is $30/hour with a 2 hours or $60 minimum. An 8 hour day rate is also available at $180 (like paying for 6 hours). Rental includes, at no charge, the use of non-electronic equipment such as light disc, backgrounds and several seating choices. Use the quite sufficient window light or bring your own lighting at no extra charge. Extra cost for use of my electronic studio lighting equipment if you wish to rent it. Your choice.
