Studio available in the RECESS building

Available immediately is a private studio in the Oregon Brass Works building housing RECESS and the surrounding community. This affordable space, priced at $200/month, is complete with a large window that floods the room with natural light. Tenant will be granted access to the full-sized shared kitchen, the 500+ sq/ft event space, and any other shared space or conversation.

Relocating from the Artistery in late March, RECESS has been completing renovations on this newer space. Although smaller events are being held in the space now, RECESS plans to return to full operations in the fall. There's an optionally covered window in this studio that leads to the indoor hallway. As RECESS regains operational capacity, the tenant could (if desired) experience an open-studio situation several times a month, visited by arts-interested folks. The space is in the middle of the SE industrial area, within a three block radius of Holocene, YU, Hawthorne food carts, etc. and a five minute bike ride to downtown.
