Theatre, studio spaces for rent at Portland Actors Conservatory

The historic Firehouse Theatre in SW Portland has two spaces for rent: our upstairs studio space for rehearsals and small presentations, and the 65-seat Firehouse Theatre for rehearsals and performances. Theater space: 3400 sf auditorium; 21’ x 40’ raised stage; state of the art lighting and sound systems which are included in rental cost. A lovely air-conditioned lobby, green room and kitchen, large AEA compliant dressing room and backstage bathroom are also included in your rental. Studio space: 1000+ sf, 25'x40', excellent natural light, partially sprung floor, with marley dance floor covering, sound system. Excellent for rehearsals and other physical practice.
