Being a part of our Sales and Marketing Team will require quick and friendly communication, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You should have experience with project management, lead generation, and a love for design, books, and all things print!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this remote, 20-30 hour per week position as Scout Books, you’ll work with clients, and our Production team to translate clients’ ideas into beautifully crafted Scout Books! Bring your winning customer service skills to delight customers and exceed their expectations. Create a seamless experience while you gather all of the project and order details to get ready to put into production. Track team sales revenue, share challenges and celebrate wins as we measure our progress.

You must have the ability to follow standard work, and also be flexible in this deadline-driven field and customer-facing role. We’re all about continuous improvement and you should be comfortable talking through mistakes and willing to try new things. It’s important to stay calm and rational during unforeseen challenges as well as being an open and kind communicator. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional service, set up client orders for production, manage client accounts and relationships, grow sales and generate leads.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

HelpScout, WooCommerce, MacOS, Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, CRM, Meticulous attention to detail, Excellent communication skills in writing, over the phone, and occasionally in person, Experience in customer service, project management.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work at a computer station (either in a sitting or standing position) for their scheduled workweek.

COMPENSATION

$18.50-$20 per hour, depending on experience, opportunities to grow.

LOCATION

This position is fully remote, with opportunities to connect in person with the Scout Books team, and Scout Books customers.
