We believe that everything we do can be seen through the lens of health and wellness. This includes the art we create, the conversations, we have, and exercise of the heart, mind, and body.

Ember Rose is an avid yogi, has been practicing since 2016. She received her 200hr yoga teacher training from Kindness Yoga in Denver Colorado. Since 2020 She has been blessed to teach yoga in Portland Oregon at EarthSpace PDX and at Rise Yoga. She also spent time teaching at Lost Valley Education Center , and ran a weekly online class for several months in 2021. She is absolutely stoked to teach in person classes again, and intends to create space for her students feel at home in their bodies.

Jordan attained her license in massage therapy and also began her studies of Fusion Bellydance. In 2014, Jordan received her teacher training certification at Passion Yoga School. Jordan Sun is the founder of Infinitely Love Healing Arts, a collective of health care practitioners located at the Haven, beginning in 2022. She continues her medicinal studies today with the Naga Center and currently pursues a Bachelor’s of Science in Liberal Arts with Lesley University, on track to become a Licensed Dance Therapist with a Master’s in Dance/Movement Therapy. “I am devoted to helping people feel better, move better and live in greater joy!”

Dr. Kat Brady, LAc (they/them) has studied and practiced Qigong for over a decade and is a certified teacher from the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong school under the instruction of Master Liu He. They bring their Qigong practice to life by blending in Chinese medical and Daoist wisdom to connect each student to their place as the pivot between heaven and earth. Classes often focus on the seasonal and cosmological energies of the moment and include movement, breathwork, mantra, and self-massage. Kat received their doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Summer 2023 and has both a public and private clinical practice in SE Portland. They have studied various forms of karate from a young age including Goju Ryu, Shotokan, and Kempo for which they achieved the rank of second degree black belt. In addition, Kat hosts Reiki sound baths and plays in the band Deer Friend with their wife Sarah Rayne, studies and practices the Yi Jing, and is a certified Usui Reiki Master teacher.
