Art Gallery Assistant Director of Media: Full Time
Portland Pearl District Art Gallery

Assistant Director of Media: Full Time 40 hours a week (Tuesday – Saturday)
+ evening openings & artist talks (virtual for now, eventually in person again)

Responsibilities include:
Press/Media: digital, print and social media
Website: (Square Space)
Marketing (Mail Chimp)
Content Production
CMS
Video editing and streaming
Digital image sizing and organization
Organization of artist’s presentation materials, images, press and keeping up to date CV
Artnet account
Reception
Exhibition coordination
Art history background, writing skills and computer skills required.
Gallery experience preferred
Must also be comfortable interacting with clients on the retail floor
The job often requires the ability to left and move artwork.
Evening events a couple times a month (virtual for now, eventually in person again)

Must be proficient in Photoshop, Adobe, CMS, Square Space, Mail Chimp + video editing and streaming

Salary plus benefits after 2 months
