Hello Artists, I manage a building of artists and Creative’s in Southeast Portland. At this time we have several openings. Space is range from 65 ft.² up to 2000. I currently have several small and medium spaces available ranging from 65 to 340 ft.². I am available to show you the space on Fridays or over the weekend please contact me with what you were looking for specifically so I can see if I have something that meets your needs. Rent includes all utilities and basic Internet and participation in all of our art community events. We have six months, one year, and two year leases.
