It is 450 sq ft with windows on 3 sides, amazing light and views of the mountains. Great indirect light for painting or photography. 15ft vaulted ceilings, with operable windows.
All inclusive rent, includes heat and AC, electricity, high speed internet, and garbage services. Included communal lounge spaces, shared kitchenette and bathroom. This is a 2nd floor walk up studio, no lift or elevator. Rent is $1395 per month, all inclusive.

Eco-friendly building, rain garden, lush landscaping, and outdoor spaces to use. The building is quiet, well insulated and very comfortable. Each studio gets their own HVAC control.
Not live/ work space, you get 24 hour access but you can not live here. Not zoned for high hazard work, no open flames or kilns.
