A separate gravel walkway leads from the street to the door. (see photos) Ample off-street parking available.
The main room (not including the adjoining sink/storage area closet) is 16′ x 16′ with 6’5″ high ceilings (if you are very tall, this probably won’t be a great fit for you).

Tenants live above but soundproofing keeps the space pretty quiet.
