- There is a detached, shared bathroom with a utility sink. There is no water in the workshop.
Rental Terms
- One-year lease, then month-to-month
- $900/month rent
- $125/month flat utility fee includes electricity, internet, garbage, and water (in the shared bathroom)
- If your work uses unusually large amounts of electricity (for example, firing pottery in an electric kiln), we’ll agree on a reasonable additional electricity charge.
This space is not suitable for:
- Living space
- Storage only
- Band practice or music rehearsal
- Automotive or mechanic work
- Retail space
- Businesses with regular client traffic (such as yoga, massage, or therapy practices)
