2026 GALA Call to Artists: Pacific NW
GALA invites local artists to explore and interpret the world through the lens of the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for unique perspectives that capture the essence of our region—from the quiet beauty of our nature to the vibrant energy of our city streets.
The Theme
How do you experience the Pacific Northwest? We are seeking works that interpret:
- Human Connection: Family, friendship, community, and emotion.
- The Environment: Nature, city life, transportation, and school/work life.
- Identity: Culture and fashion.
Accepted Media
We welcome submissions across a broad range of disciplines, including:
- 2D: Painting, drawing, photography, digital art, and mixed media.
- 3D: Sculpture, jewelry, pottery, glass, and other 3D works.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Local Focus: Artists must reside within 30 miles of Gresham, Oregon.
- Logistics: Accepted artists must be able to deliver their work in person to the gallery space.
- Vision: We are looking for artistry, inventiveness, and creativity that will entertain and enlighten our audience.
