Catalyst Cohort — Training in Facilitation + Curriculum Development

Deadline December 31, 2018

Leading a meaningful in-person experience takes more than just gathering people in a room. As circle-holders, community-connectors, teachers, and guides, how do we utilize creativity not just in what we teach but how we teach?

The Catalyst Cohort is a five-month, in-person immersion in facilitation training and curriculum development.

The Cohort welcomes artists, community workers, and changemakers ready to step into their capacity as engaged facilitators and design and lead programs, retreats, and workshops that center story, creativity, justice, and a reciprocal relationship between student and teacher.

Over five months of in-person training and 1:1 consulting sessions, participants will hone their leadership capacity, hold space for change and transformation, and harness the power of community. Participants will graduate with their own unique curriculum and foundational facilitation tools.
