Disjecta seeks volunteer support for our two winter exhibitions – 2 Up and 2 Back: Arvie Smith, curated by Linda Tesner, and PUNKDEISM by Coco Dolle, curated by Justin Hoover. These, plus opening reception and gallery docent shifts are listed below.
This is a great opportunity to engage with local and national artists and curators, gain experience in the arts, and meet some amazing people. Get hands-on working experience by supporting our preparator with the installation of Disjecta’s large-scale exhibitions. No experience necessary, just an enthusiasm for the arts and willingness to learn. Plus, if you are able to volunteer for 3+ docent shifts, you will be added as a Disjecta member at the Supporter level (which includes mailed announcements for every Disjecta exhibition, an invitation to the Fall Auction Preview and other members-only events, and a discount on events at Disjecta, including art, music, theater, and performances).
