GALA Call for Artists: Petite Creations — Small Works Exhibition & Holiday Sale due October 28, 2026 (5:00 PM)

The Gresham Area League for the Arts (GALA) is seeking original, small-scale visual artwork across all media for Petite Creations, a curated winter exhibition and holiday sale. Selected works will be showcased in the Gresham Council Chamber Gallery and online. Featured artists also gain exclusive access to sell additional work at our Special Holiday Market.

Important Dates

Submission Deadline: October 28, 2026 (5:00 PM)
Artist Notification: November 4, 2026
Artwork Delivery: November 21, 2026
Exhibition Dates: November 23, 2026 – January 8, 2027
Opening Reception: December 10, 2026 (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM)
Holiday Market: December 12, 2026 (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Artwork Pickup: January 9, 2027

Submission Guidelines

Size: 2D works: 5″ x 5″ to 9″ x 9″ (framed). 3D works: maximum 9″ x 9″ x 9″.
Entry Fee: $30 for up to 3 entries (non-refundable).
Commission: 20% retained by GALA.
Requirements: Original work only. 2D pieces must arrive framed and wired. No explicit content or nudity.
