Milagro, a Latino Heritage Culture hub on 525 SE Stark Street, is more than just a location for Theatre arts but welcomes all artists from different backgrounds (visual, musical, and more) to showcase their talents in one of our spaces.
Having acquired the building in 1997, Milagro has renovated the building to include an intimate 121 seat theatre, administrative offices, scene shop, and costume and prop storage. In 2010 an area of the building was renovated to create El Zócalo our community space. Since then the space has been used to host community meetings, fundraisers, workshops as well as an alternative performance space.
El Centro Milagro offers 3 spaces for rent:

How To Rent
Requirements:
- You must have business liability insurance in your name and in an amount not less than $1,000,000 single limit
- A non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve your dates
- A refundable cleaning/damage deposit must be paid
- Depending on the date of your event, sound level issues may impede us from approving the rental
Process on submitting an inquiry.

- Submit an inquiry using our Rental Survey Form . This will help us understand the nature of your event and identify any technical requirements that need to be addressed.
- Once you have determined that you can meet the requirements listed above please email rent@milagro.org CC veronica@milagro.org and Milagro will contact you to determine pricing and coordination.
