MCCC is Hiring a Grant Administrator

The Multnomah County Cultural Coalition is seeking a paid part-time Grant Administrator to support our board’s activities.

The Multnomah County Cultural Coalition (MCCC) is a volunteer-led board that re-grants funds from the Oregon Cultural Trust to support arts, heritage, and humanities in Multnomah County. We award grants of up to $3,000 to arts and culture organizations headquartered in our county.

This contractor job lasts from June – December 2026. Application closes April 24, 2026.

Contract Terms

  • Employment Status: Independent Contractor
  • Compensation: $5,000 total fee, paid quarterly
  • Term: June 1 – December 31, 2026
  • Hours: Hours not to exceed a total of 165 without written approval; estimated average of ~15-25 hours a month, with a heavier volume August–November.
  • Reports to: MCCC Co-Chairs
  • Location: Mostly remote, with in-person attendance in Portland, OR, for panel events and meetings.
