Pacific Northwest Illustrators + Designers for Unique Opportunity

Deadline June 22, 2019

Are you a local emerging artist? Do you find inspiration in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest? Looking for an opportunity to work with a eco-minded Portland-based gift label? Apply to Badge Bomb’s Open Call for design and illustrations!

Badge Bomb is seeking to expand their Pacific Northwest collections with the help of an emerging artist’s perspective. Selected artwork will be featured on our retail and wholesale site as 2.25” Magnets and other gift products. The top three artists will receive Badge Bomb merch as a thank you with potential compensation depending on the quality of the work. Our Art Department will work with the selected artist to finalize their submission into the final product. This is an opportunity to become part of an independent American gift label with a history of supporting artists and producing eco-minded products. Our artists include Gemma Correll, Lisa Congdon, Kate Sutton, Allison Cole, and Tuesday Bassen.

What are we looking for:
-A breath of fresh air: something unique
-Awareness of the Badge Bomb brand: your artwork should compliment our current collections
-Local Talent: Pacific Northwest artists only please!
-Dynamic and Engaging: get our attention with a new take on the PNW landscape

How to Submit:
Please email 6-10 designs to no later than June 22nd. Your submission should be saved as a single PDF document titled FirstName_LastName.pdf. The subject line of the email should read “Open Call – June 2019”. Designs, illustrations, paintings, and comics are welcome!

Artists will be notified by June 28th. The selected artist will be compensated for their time and designs. This opportunity could lead to further collaboration with Badge Bomb.

Please no calls. Email with questions.
