Since 2012 Civilian Studios has offered an array of private units to multi disciplined visual artists at affordable prices.
Our private spaces range from 150 square feet to around 200. We have a limited number of units that measure 400 square feet but these don’t come available often.
Our prices typically range from $325 – $400 a month for your own private space, with 8 ft. wall height, open ceilings and a locking door.
All utilities including heat and WIFI are included in the monthly rent.

We have a community garden area, communal kitchen, slop sink and break room.
We are tucked just off of Interstate Ave on a quiet turn around street making for easy parking and efficient load in / out access.

There is a fully equipped woodshop within the building that is accessible at additional monthly rates to any current members. More about our pricing and offerings can be viewed on our website.
