Seeking a Community Art Instructor

Deadline February 29, 2024

EngAGE NW is seeking contract art instructors to work with residents in an affordable housing community in St. Helens, OR.
Areas of interest include fiber arts, painting, drawing, and jewelry making, but residents are open to new mediums and ideas!
The instructor would develop a curriculum that builds artistic skills and self-confidence for different ability levels, provides positive creative outlets, and produces work to display at a community showcase. Our primary objective is to enrich the lives of our residents through community connection and creative expression.
If you are a skilled artist and instructor with an interest in building positive community, please reach out to Shana Allen, EngAGE Program Director. Include a synopsis of your proposed program and prior teaching experience.
