Job Description
Happylucky is looking for a kick-ass Senior Copywriter who is interested in joining a diverse team, working on great projects in a highly collaborative capacity. The ideal candidate has created and concepted for both the traditional and digital sides of campaigns.

On any given project you may be collaborating and coming up with conceptual solutions and translating ideas and brainstorms into engaging ideas for presentation decks, video scripts, digital, social, PR, advertising, event/activations and more. You should be a top-notch linguistic ninja with grammar skills and the ability to write the way people speak. You should know how to craft a manifesto that gives people goose bumps, write a pithy/smart headline that speaks to sneakerheads, and know how to write specifically for social.

You must thrive on creative energy and work well in a fast-paced environment with team members across various locations and time zones.

You’ll need to bring your A-game knowledge of digital and traditional creative, and work hands-on on several projects at a time within the different phases of creative development. And you can do this with little supervision.

• 5+ years of digital or traditional agency experience
• Deep understanding of existing and emerging digital platforms
• Portfolio must include a full range of digital (social, mobile, web) work and campaign work
• Solid knowledge of the creative development process: you relish a good brief; you know how to give positive feedback and produce best-in-class work
• Client presentation skills and client-facing experience are a must
• Periodic travel may be required, along with occasional weekend or evening work
• You really know how to use a computer
• A sense of humor!
• Must be able to work from our office in SE Portland (relocation fees/expenses are not included in your compensation package)
