Looking for a few good folks who want access to a little extra space in a shared environment. It’s has an open floor layout that can be modulated as necessary. The available floor space is 12 x 12 and the actual space is 17 x 15 with really tall ceilings (two story high sloping down to my side)

We are separated by 8ft tall curtains.

I’m sub-leasing a day or two per week per month,
– One day is $45 a day x 4 weeks = $180
– Two days a week $40 (x2) a day x 4 weeks = is $320
– Three days a week is $35 (x3) a day x 4 weeks is $420

Months that have five same days of the week will be charged accordingly

It’s a three month initial
commitment with a $100 refundable deposit.

9 feet of mirror with curtains to cover(coming, if needed).

I’m first looking for folks with some of physical movement as their main focus or that will love the access to movement possibilities as they do other types of activities.

I’m also open to artists, writers, thinkers, and creatives as long as everything is put away at the end of your rental time each day.

The space can also support a small workshop type event

There is a daily rate of $70 and an hourly of $15 available on available days.
