6-month lease cycles are available starting July 2023 for a working studio space in Oregon Contemporary. The space is 500 sq. feet in total but is currently divided in half by pony walls. The full space is shared between two tenants each occupying 250 sq. feet. The second half is in use. Each side has its own entrance.

Ideal for an artist, writer, editor, or design creative. Excellent location, located off the yellow max line in Kenton with a parking lot and free street parking. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. The unit includes the use of a shared kitchen, 24-hour building access, and restrooms.

Tenants must strictly follow Oregon Contemporary’s policies and respect the mission of the non-profit. Regular events and exhibitions take place in the Oregon Contemporary’s spaces including common areas.
