Terms and Requirements:
- Rent is $650 a month, including utilities.
- Strictly Non-Residential. This is a workspace only. No overnight stays are permitted.
- Property Safety: A friendly pitbull lives on the property. It is critically important that the tenant is diligent about keeping the gate closed and locked at all times.
- Some of the furniture and accessories can be removed for additional space.
