Each year Vancouver City Hall showcases the work of artists from the Pacific Northwest in various meeting rooms and community spaces. Artists are invited to submit visual artwork for consideration to the current Curator in Residence, Jess Graff. All artwork must be able to be hung from a hook and cable system already in place on the walls at City Hall. As a result, work must weigh no more than 20 pounds. Artists from Clark County, BIPOC Artists, LGBTQIA+ Artists, Emerging Artists, and Artists who are traditionally under-represented in museums and traditional showcase settings are strongly encouraged to apply.
Artists interested in being considered must include the following by email:
1. “Art Submission for Vancouver City Hall” as the subject line of email inquiry.
2. Link to artist’s website OR art social media OR other platform (dropbox, google drive, etc.) for viewing artist’s work. Individual images attached to email will not be opened.
3. One to two sentence mini bio.
4. Artist’s name
