Okay, so maybe over this last year you’ve been wearing the same small handful of garments and you’ve lost touch with what makes you feel great. Maybe your body has shifted and it’s time to curate some new pieces that delight you. Maybe you keep looking at the same too-long shirt hemline or broken zipper on your favorite coat thinking…if only I had the tools and skills to make these wearable!?!?
Join us here at The Reframe Collective for a 2 day workshop where you’ll learn the skills to do just that.
Over the course of our weekend together, you’ll infuse your existing clothing collection with fabulous new-to-you pieces, gorgeously altered items, and receive personalized wardrobe consulting and creative coaching . You’ll learn essential design, mending, and making skills that you can carry with you no matter what this wild world brings your way — and that you can apply to garments, and to life.
You’ll be invited to pick out new-to-you items from The Reframe Collective’s curated collection. You’ll have access to all of the tools and materials that our Tool School has to offer, and Caitlin’s expertise in costume design, clothing curation, and sacred styling for all bodies.
On Friday evening we will gather at The Reframe Collective’s Tool School to talk about how we want to feel, dream up style identities, and try on new possibilities. We will dig through materials, dive into Caitlin’s clothing collection, and action-plan on how to bring our design visions to life. We’ll return on Saturday to spend the day mending, making, altering, and creating! We’ll break for lunch — catered by a local restaurant. We’ll finish the day with an impromptu showcase of our creations!
We welcome all participants 12 and up, and can accommodate folx up to size 3xl. We have a limited number of spaces available, so be sure to sign up soon!
We offer sliding scale pricing, and the cost per person for this 2-day experience is typically $350-$550. However, we want everyone who is is interested to have the opportunity to participate, so we are offering this workshop as a pay-what-you-can experience!
