Wilsonville Arts & Culture Council is hosting the 21st iteration of the Wilsonville Festival of Arts.
Theme: Make Your Mark!
May 30th & 31st
Town Center Park
Wilsonville, OR 97070
This mid-size art festival kicks off the season at the South end of the greater Portland metro area, attracting more than 5000 visitors. It is complete with artists selling their fine arts and crafts, live music, food, authors, dancers, art demos, a student art pavilion, and hands-on activities like monotype printmaking. New attractions this year to build excitement and community investment include a Community Portrait Project (a temporary public art collaboration between two schools and hundreds of students), an amped up pine car derby Art of Design challenge, and opportunities for visitors to try their hand at paper-making, calligraphy, stone carving, and more. Town Center Park is ideally located at the heart of the rapidly growing Wilsonville, with an interactive water feature that attracts families in droves throughout the summer. Accessibility is a breeze with free rides on the SMART bus line, which proudly features brand new state-of-the-art electric buses. The SMART Trolley will also be on hand to give hourly tours of the cities public art collection.
