Andrea Blanco

Communications and Advocacy Design Specialist

Andrea brings to RACC more than 10 years of experience working and volunteering at nonprofit organizations including, Dallas Arts Dealers Association, Creative Arts Center Of Dallas and Portland Children’s Museum. She is committed to creating a lasting, positive impact within the community. During her time at these organizations she gained a unique skill set in communications, graphic design, development, and event planning.

She previously earned a BA in Art History from the College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas. As a former art student, she has always gravitated towards making things with her hands. Whether it’s pottery, crochet, or crafting with her son, she perpetually has a couple projects in the queue.

Andrea is happiest when exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family and taking in the endless views of mountains, treetops, and ocean waves.
