My name is Anna, and I have a background in education, tech, and design. I originally hail from the Philadelphia area, went to school in northern Indiana, and have lived and taught English abroad in both Tanzania and South Korea. I moved to Oregon on a whim seven years ago after returning to the U.S., spent a glorious summer living on a sheep farm outside of Eugene, moved up to Portland when that gig was up, and never looked back. I love this city, and I’m thrilled to be part of supporting our artist communities and making the arts accessible for all. My own art practice focuses on printmaking, textiles, and illustration, and I have a strong interest in folk art, specially from my home Pennsylvania-Dutch community. When I'm not working on producing textiles or other creative projects, you'll find me reading, cooking for friends, or going for runs in my neighborhood.
