Eileen L. Day has spent the majority of her life in the Portland area. She received degrees from Portland State University in Finance and Accounting. After graduating from Portland State, Eileen was an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending for First Interstate Bank. In 1995, Eileen left First Interstate and joined Perkins & Company as an auditor. She became a CPA in 1997. She left Perkins in 2003 to join Portland Center Stage as the Finance Director. In 2005, she joined Holmes & Company and has been the audit partner since 2007.
Eileen’s professional experiences include internal and external financial reporting, development and analyses of key performance indicators for finance and operations, budgeting and forecasting, corporate tax planning, preparation and presentation of financing packages, cash management, international banking, and human resource management. Eileen is currently on the Board of PCS and heads the audit committee. Prior to heading the audit committee, she was the Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee. Eileen has served as the chair and public member of the audit committee for the Beaverton School District and Treasurer for the Mount Hood Ski Patrol. Eileen and her husband Mike have two girls ages 21 and 15. As a family they enjoy the arts, soccer, sailing and skiing.
