Einar brings 32 years of experience in the IT field to help RACC staff manage their many community efforts. When he is not riding herd on bits and bytes, he loves hiking in the lush Cascades or soaking in natural hot springs. Over the past two decades, Einar has been fortunate to meet and learn from some of the remaining great Native American Spiritual Elders of North America. In 2005, supported by traditional teachings on peacemaking, Einar created Connecticut’s first Juvenile Court Victim-Offender Mediation Program. The successful program has since been used as a model for similar programs in most of the State’s other Juvenile Courts.
